1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Conflux ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.
2. Use License
Conflux grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal and professional task management purposes.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TinkerLabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
TinkerLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App.
